The staff were polite and attentive, though we faced a few challenges like inconsistent hot water and old bedsheets. we appreciated the comfortable bed and nicely designed room. Centrally located near eateries and landmarks like the Time Tunnel Museum, it was perfect for family bonding. Though the taxi situation was a bit pricey, renting a car nearby was convenient. We would consider returning for future vacations. Thanks to the hotel management for their efforts!

Room was bright and clean.
Convenient base for vacation with good wi-fi. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and convenient location in Cameron Highlands, next to the bus station which led to wait for a taxi, and food court.

I loved the central location! It's right across from the taxi station, making it super easy to get around. Plus, there are loads of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hot shower was a highlight too—just needed to figure out the knob for optimal flow. Oh, and I didn't even need a fan; the weather was chilly enough with just a window cracked open.

I greatly enjoyed my superior queen room. The location was exceptionally nice and great, a couple of blocks away from Mamamountain Homestay.

The rooms are bright and extremely spacious, with balconies. The hotel has a particularly good and strategic location, right by the town's center, restaurants, and Tanah Rata.

I really enjoyed the room with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was great, with a grocery shop, restaurant, night markets, and the center nearby. I also had a nice dining experience at Restoran Hyland near the property.
